Did you know? State Health Plan members will enjoy the following primary care copay waivers and specialty care reductions at Bethany Medical.
- If a Bethany Medical provider is selected as your Primary Care Provider (PCP) and listed on your insurance ID card, your copay is waived!
- If you visit a Bethany Medical specialist, 80/20 Plan members pay $40 for a CPP specialist ($80 for a non-CPP specialist), and 70/30 Plan members pay $47 for a CPP specialist ($94 for a non-CPP specialist).
IMPORTANT: To qualify for the $0 CPP PCP copay at Bethany, you must have selected a Bethany CPP PCP which appears on your SHP ID card, and then see that Bethany PCP for your office visit. You and your dependents may select a Bethany Medical PCP at ANY TIME including during enrollment periods.
